The seller fee applies to both domestic and international sales. Grailed can also run promotional commission rates.
Finish Stripe onboarding
The difference between onboarded and not is $0.50 on every domestic sale and 0.5 percentage points plus $0.50 on every international one. It is a one-time setup that pays back on your first few sales.

Assumptions: US domestic buyer, Stripe-onboarded, and the processing fee applied to the item price only. Grailed may calculate it on the full transaction amount, so treat these as close estimates.

Note the jump at $120. A $119 sale pays 6% and a $120 sale pays 9%, so pricing just under the line can leave you with more money.
